PURPOSE

Subject Matter Expert

PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to manage all team related query for the process. He/She will also be responsible for managing SLA, ATT, AHT, shrinkage and client escalations. The job role would be defined as per process requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensure team meets and exceed Stipulated Timelines and Service level Agreements.
  • SME needs to monitor calls and transactions  and provide regular coaching and mentoring to agents and track low performers in team.
  • SME may be required to be a part of Client Calls – Agent Focus Group Discussions.
