The 2012 Global Services 100 Provider

InterGlobe Technologies has been recognized as a 2012 Global Services 100 provider. The 2012 GS100 list, compiled by Global Services, honors companies that demonstrate excellence in delivering Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) services globally using matured models of service delivery.

The GS100 list includes the biggest and best companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services. IGT was recognized on the GS100 list based on four key criteria: performance and leadership, quality and maturity of customers, breadth of services offered and spread of global delivery capabilities. IGT has been featured in four categories: Global BPO niche leaders, emerging mid-tier global ADM leaders, leaders - specialty KPO and industry-specific BPO niche leaders. Global Services conducts the GS100 survey online under the guidance of Neogroup, a globalization advisory firm.

InterGlobe Enterprises‚ a global leader in travel solutions and services has been awarded the "Best companies to work for 2012" by  ‘Great Place to Work’ for the fifth consecutive year in 2012. Additionally, InterGlobe has been ranked 17th in the 1000 plus employee category and ranked 22nd overall among the ‘Top 25 companies to work for’ a study conducted in partnership with The Economic Times.

The Great Place to Work® Institute is a pioneer in studying and recognizing best workplaces globally for more than 20 years. The survey measures employee responses to the Great Place to Work ‘Trust Index’ and the ‘Culture Audit’ that assesses people practices prevalent in organizations. The study revealed that InterGlobe employees appreciate the opportunity to grow within the organization and following an open culture gives them the flexibility to manage a good work-life balance. In addition, this year InterGlobe has also been awarded the top spot as “The Best Company in the Transportation industry” and second in “The Best Recruitment, Selection and Induction Category”. InterGlobe has been ranked among the Top 50 companies to work for in India, across industries. This study is conducted every year by the Great Place to Work® Institute‚ in partnership with The Economic Times.

The 2010 Global Services 100

InterGlobe Technologies made it to the 2010 Global Services 100 annual ranking of IT and BPO service companies. The 2010 GS100 list represents companies that serve mature global customers through advanced global delivery models, have broad portfolio of service offerings or niche leadership, and have demonstrated business excellence. The 5th Annual GS100 study was conducted by Global Services in association with NeoAdvisory, the globalization and sourcing advisory firm.

InterGlobe Technologies was successfully ranked among the world’s best in The Global Outsourcing 100® for the second consecutive year in 2010.

InterGlobe Technologies was selected after a rigorous application process and comprehensive review by a distinguished panel of independent judges. The ranking was determined by weighted averages based on each candidate's core competencies, size and growth, management capabilities and most importantly, customer recommendations and references.

InterGlobe Technologies (IGT was ranked No.2 in 2009 Top Travel Industry Business Process Outsourcing Vendors category and No. 3 in 2009 Top Travel IT Outsourcing category by the Black Book of Outsourcing, a widely recognized survey of customer views of global outsourcing providers. The annual report is published by Brown-Wilson Group, a Data Monitor company. Making the Black Book of Outsourcing annual ranking of the world’s best outsourcing companies; list for 2009, IGT once again proves that customer service remains the key focus of IGT.
